The RNR/CMI RP110 micro pulley is used primarily used as a slack tender for your friction hitch. The sideplates swing open to allow placement anywhere on the line. The aluminum cheeks have 7/8" hole for a carabiner. A double lock nut hold everything together on an aluminum axle. Made in the U.S.A.
