Refund policy

Continental Fire and Safety will refund or exchange products if they are currently offered, unused, and in salable condition in the original packaging. Items which are opened may be exchanged for the same item. Items which have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Shipping costs will not be covered by Continental Fire and Safety for items returned due to purchaser regret, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Special order, customized, or modified items cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless the return is related to an error by Continental Fire and Safety. Products sold as clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned. When returning items please ensure the original packing slip or the original order number is included in a secure package. Ship return packages, with trackable delivery only, to the address given to you by Continental Fire and Safety and please clearly print the RMA number and return address on the box. 

Any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted. Refunds are issued via original payment type after the return is received and inspected by MES. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
